The BDM program is not available to people who live in Arizona (AZ).
The non-MLO path
Build relationships. Market your loan officer.
Qualified participants work as part-time W-2 Business Development Marketers for NEXA. This path can fit alongside your real estate business without obtaining an MLO license.
What you do
Market and promote your NEXA Loan Officer, build relationships and document your marketing efforts. Training and support are provided.
What you do not do
BDMs do not originate loans, take mortgage applications, discuss loan terms or perform activities requiring an MLO license.

$500 per $100,000 in loan amount.
Compensation is tied to documented marketing efforts resulting in qualifying closed loans, under the approved compensation agreement. This is payment for marketing services.
